I want to make a game about a bunny going on an adventure, and I need an idea so we can all experiment.
But… I was thinking that, I myself, and other newgrounders with Bunnies as OC’s should work on this only, cause I just thought it would be an interesting challenge, really. a bunny game made by bunnies.

To anyone that uses instagram just for posting your art anywhere, I would highly recommend you read this because this is urgent.
so back in June 26th, Instagram updated their Meta privacy policy where they will be using your photos and videos without consent, and use them to train their Meta AI for instagram and Facebook. This is a big, massive, stinky poo poo move from Meta and something that shouldn’t be allowed to happen in under any circumstance.
in most cases, some would recommend
to delete everything on their instagram if you don’t want your data being collected.
BUT…!
there is also another way.
if you really want to post your work on insta without having the trained AI use your photo or video data without permission.
Art Growth Club has a fantastic explanation on how to make sure Meta Doesn’t collect your data so give it a watch while you can.
also I find it real shady for how deep Meta hid the option to delete any personal info from 3rd parties. Hmm…
but anywho, thanks for reading this and stay safe out there.

Hey everyone, just out of the blue but I’m proud and excited to announce that Duck Detective: The Secret Salami is out now on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
But Most Importantly, you’ll get to hear me as Rufus the Penguin in this game. I had so much fun voicing this character and I hope you enjoy this game and quack the case.
special thanks to Coomic for making this piece of fine art to commemorate my role as Rufus. And Happy Broccoli Games for having me on board this amazing game

So recently I had a plan on creating on origin on a certain character and judging from the character design, I thought it would be cool to give him an in-depth analysis of this character.
after finishing the first part of this character. Looking at from so much that I’ve written about him, I’ve come to notice that I might have good writing skills… well a while ago I would’ve understand what I could actually do, because I do type a lot from my own words and sometimes borrowed when I write an essay or create an idea for a Halloween PA display or something like that. but man…
I need to do more!! ::DD

Hey ho everyone. The name's Shane, I'm 22, I live in County Derry, Ireland. and I'm currently gaining the courage to join the spectacular and fantastic haven of art and paradise mixed together known as Newgrounds. the things that inspire me are surfing, mixing my culture with my ideas, the flowing water and the art of it, being an enthusiastic gamer, robots with attitude, playing music with my friends with bass and drums, Cu Chulainn, Sonic, ChoroQ, skating, having a cheesy sense of humor, RPG and racing Genres, Hideki Naganuma's music, Yutaka Nakamura's work, and the Elements of mother nature. My favorite Food is Garlic Pizza. and my mood is lazy when I zone myself out or joyful when I meet someone new and i never shut up for at least 5 goddamn minutes.
So when did i learn about Newgrounds. I recently heard about it back in 2012 when I saw the project Hellbenders, a animated cartoon created by Chris and Zach (Oney and PsychicPebbles). I could not wait to see it in full action but sadly, it didn't come to fruition due to the project being, and I quote, "out of their hands now" which was discussed by Zach in his update video several years later. Throughout the years, I've been watching content coming from, Spazkid, RicePirate, Egoraptor, OneyNG, Uricksaladbar, Wazzaldorp, and many others from YouTube and Newgrounds. a closed and locked away thought in my mind during that age should be saying, "go join Newgrounds if you have the talent 'n' shit" over and over in my head. its like I cant be watching peoples content for fun just because I have no talent. every now and then, I would always look back at their content and mimic their funny lines because they are the memories I cherish forever until now.
Now where to begin with this voice acting role I chose. before that, I started a tech course in Level 3 Performing arts in 2017 just to go back to dancing and also try the other variants in the course like music, LAMDA, acting, musical theatre, etc. They would host the end-of-year musical shows for our exams like fame, Oliver, Wizard of Oz, and the infamous Les Miserables. I wanted to hope for potential acting roles that could suit me in the theatre industry but sadly i failed to gain one in the auditions as I was pushed back as a background actor and dancer and now I gave up hope trying to aim for those roles. but in the end of all that, I lacked the envy of others getting the role I wanted to get which is a good thing. I passed the course, but didn't gain enough merits and distinctions because of 3 reasons about this course. it was rushed, the work was almost uncoordinated, and in dance classes, they didn't establish certain genres like Hip-Hop, Jazz, Street, freestyle, Etc. ...Except for ballet, which is where I lost all my moxie in choreography.
After finishing there, I went to do a much more better PA course which was established and well coordinated. And I adapted very well with the work that I put my effort into after learning about my struggles from that downgrade of a course. And then Covid hit and the assignment work that I've done, almost went into shambles so luckily, I pulled through with better grades in the first-half. but in my 2nd year on that course I had to deal with my future plans for this year. will I go to University, will I do a gap year and save up, or will I find employment, work for the money, find a place to move to and forget college? These questions that fill my head while I work at a satisfactory level, makes me depressed. because I don't know if I can get anywhere with the low average grades or talent I have. I didn't want the depression to grow on me because its clear that I don't have the potential nor that I have anywhere else to go. But before ending my 2nd year, I decided to build up the courage for myself to become a voice actor.
After finishing up the work for the 2nd semester this year, I looked up certain VA's like, Roger Craig Smith, Ryan Drummond, Jason Griffith, Sean Schemmel, Chris Sabat, Alejandro Saab, etc. and how they handled their experiences in VA. and then thought about, Chris O'Neill, Mick Lauer, Zach Hadel, Johnny Utah, and all the other voice actors from Newgrounds. If anyone can have talent anywhere, then my start will be Newgrounds. heres hoping to the future that I might grab some famous roles in the next 8 or 10 years, like Sonic the Hedgehog possibly. Because I played his games like Sonic Heroes (the first game I've played), unleashed, colors, and Rush (Another favorite because of the music composed by my favorite composer).
I've been struggling to keep up with myself for the future and I'm hoping this will give me a path to reslove that and persue my career. but also before writing this I've told Dave (PhantomArcade) that I was gonna become a VA and said "DO IT". It made me a lot happy now while typing this. But anyway if anyone is needing a voice actor for any role I'll be obliged to do so.
thank you for wasting your time reading this stupid post.
sincerely.
Shane
